EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING TEAM ACTIVITIES WORKSHOPS

We believe that when we strengthen ourselves in these areas it leads to better decision making, relationship building, and leadership.

Our team will develop, create, and facilitate a customized program for students, young adults, or families that are interactive and encourages participation and engagement.

Programs are tailored for schools, organizations, and team settings. 

  • MIND

    Education will be highly emphasized and valued.

    Mentorship and professional development to help build mental toughness to overcome with challenges of everyday life, sports, and or personal issues.

    Goal setting will strongly be encouraged and practiced with personal achievements being celebrated and recognized.

    Growth mindset development to build resilient, adaptable, and forward focused individuals.

  • BODY

    Physical fitness and training for sports or recreation to build endurance, strength, and perserverance.

    Physical health influences mood and mental and emotional well-being.

    Healthy living through exercise, proper diet, and personal self care will be promoted.

    Support and encouragement of a person’s personal health goals.

  • SPIRIT

    Development of faith and hope through encouraging prayer, worship, and meditation to help contribute to healthier living and stronger mindsets.

    Resources, workshops, and guest speakers for special events striving to enhance spiritual enlightenment.

    Exploring life’s purpose and stretch an individual’s belief in themselves to grow self worth and value.

    Promote a life of gratitude, joy and peace.
